1. When will my sign be shipped?
ALL signs here at Signs and More store are custom made upon ordering. Signs take between 3 and 9 business days to complete. After completion they are immediatly shipped.
2. How long does shipping take?
Exact shipping time will depend on which shipping option you choose. Our default shipping method is UPS ground which has an average shipping time of 1-5 business days.
3. What are these signs made of?
All of our signs are made of REAL hardwood composites including cedar, poplar, pine and other top quality varieties. Our entire line is meticulously handcrafted in Charleston, SC USA. Click here to see how our signs are made.
4. How will I hang my sign?
All of the signs come ready to hang with all hardware included or a keyhole hanger on the back for easy door or wall mounting.
5. How many characters can I use in my personalization?
There are no character limits on our personalized items. We will make the copy fit and if we can't we will call you. Personalization spelling (if any) will appear exactly as stated on your purchase order. We do not automatically add punctuation and assume spelling is correct so please be sure that the way you spell and punctuate your personalization on your purchase order is how you want it to appear on the sign. Case, font, and colors are pre-determined by the item you purchase.
